Welcome to We Succeed 2 Gather (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, tools, websites, and deliverables. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Services
We provide marketing, campaign strategy, digital infrastructure development, and consulting services to clients, including those in political, nonprofit, and commercial sectors. Services may include the use of third-party platforms such as Go High Level (GHL), automation tools, CRM systems, and more.
2. Commercial Use License
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables (e.g., designs, messaging, campaign materials, digital assets) solely for the purpose outlined in the project scope or service agreement.This license includes commercial use only for the specified campaign, brand, or business unless expanded upon in writing.Resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution of deliverables is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All original content and intellectual property developed by We Succeed 2 Gather—including but not limited to strategies, templates, frameworks, training materials, visual assets, proprietary systems, and code—remain the sole property of We Succeed 2 Gather unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
Clients are prohibited from:
Copying, replicating, or altering proprietary materials for use beyond the agreed project
Claiming authorship or ownership over original concepts or creative materials not transferred by agreement
Using our brand name, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent
Intellectual property rights do not transfer to the client unless expressly granted in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
All fees are due per the agreed timeline and are non-refundable once work has begun.
Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.
All deliverables remain the property of We Succeed 2 Gather until full payment is received.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, campaign plans, contact lists, and data analytics.
6. Third-Party Services
We may utilize third-party tools and services (e.g., Go High Level, Mailchimp, Stripe) to deliver functionality. While we take reasonable measures to work with reputable providers, we are not liable for the actions, errors, or breaches of third-party vendors.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific results such as election outcomes, donor targets, or sales figures. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any cancellation clauses in individual contracts. Any unpaid balances will become immediately due upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
